Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration
     1.1 All participants must complete the official registration form and pay any applicable fees before participating in the event.
     1.2 Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. OZ Pickleball reserves the right to close registration early if the event reaches full capacity.
     1.3 Participants must provide accurate personal information, including full name, contact details, and date of birth.
  2. Eligibility
     2.1 Participants must meet the age or skill requirements specified for each event category.
     2.2 OZ Pickleball reserves the right to request proof of age or skill level if necessary.
  3. Payment & Refunds
     3.1 All registration fees must be paid in full before participation is confirmed.
     3.2 Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event. 
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made 7–13 days before the event. 
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event.
     3.3 OZ Pickleball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future event. 
  1. Code of Conduct
     4.1 Participants must behave in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.
     4.2 OZ Pickleball reserves the right to disqualify or remove participants for unsportsmanlike behavior, violations of rules, or unsafe conduct.
  2. Liability & Safety
     5.1 Participation in events is at the participant’s own risk.
     5.2 OZ Pickleball is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event.
     5.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and have any necessary medical clearance to participate.
  3. Photography & Media
     6.1 OZ Pickleball may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes.
     6.2 By registering, participants consent to the use of their image in OZ Pickleball media.
  4. Rules & Regulations
     7.1 All events will follow official Pickleball rules unless otherwise stated.
     7.2 Any disputes will be resolved by the event organizers, whose decisions are final.
  5. Personal Data
     8.1 Participant information will be used for event management purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  6. Acceptance of Terms
     9.1 By registering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood all rules, requirements, and disclaimers.
